The last Wednesday night in February, we had the Pinewood Derby at AWANA. Logan loves making the car with his daddy. This year, the cubbies got to race matchbox cars, and Lucas was so excited!!! He wants to do everything that bubba does. Last year it was on the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend which meant Joshua had to work, and therefore he missed it. This year Daddy was able to meet us at church after work, and the boys were thrilled. I think they were more excited about Daddy being there than they were about the race. This year they got participation ribbons and they were so excited about that. Last year Logan won 1st place for Best Design. I was a little nervous that he would be upset or cry, but he was just happy to race and happy for his friends who won trophies. I think I've got a pretty good boys!
