Celebrating Joy

     This morning we celebrated our friend, Joy's birthday. Joy and her big sisters, Lilly and Grace, are like sisters to my boys. As we were driving to their house, I thought about the day Joy was born. I remember sitting in the waiting room and praying for Joy as Leah had her. Watching God work in Joy and her family's lives has helped to grow my faith. Joy and her family have taught us a lot about trusting God and His faithfulness to His children.

     Joy had a Clifford themed birthday party. They colored and played pinned the tail on Clifford. Everyone was pretty accurate except for Logan and Lilly. Then they went on a hunt for Clifford and played hot potato with Clifford. Leah served fruit, pigs in a blankets, and red velvet cupcakes. Everything was yummy! Joy opened presents, and then they went out to play tag. The boys were so happy to celebrate Joy today. We love sweet Joy and her family very, very much!
