Today we celebrated Christmas with Joshua's side of the family. Today was Joshua's last day off until Christmas, and his parents were gracious enough to drive to our house, so that Joshua didn't have to drive on his day off. I made a big crock pot full of chili, and put together a chili bar that included cheddar cheese, sour cream, tater tots, cornbread waffles, Fritos, hot dogs, and crackers. Tommy and Karla brought tamales, cookies, banana pudding, and cheesecake.
After we ate, we opened presents. The boys were so excited about all the things they received. I think the little boys' two favorite presents were the BB guns and the scooters. The BB guns will go back to Grandma and Papaw's where they can actually use them. Justin was most excited about the money he was given. Joshua's favorite gift was his flashlights, and I love my casserole slow cooker!
