Honoring Moms Day with Lucas

     This morning was honoring moms day at Lucas's school. My sweet friend, Andrea covered my first class, so I could attend. It was pouring down rain, I mean torrential rain, but we made it on time to school. We ate breakfast together. We had fruit and a slice of cinnamon coffee cake Mrs. Cheryl made. Then Mrs. MaryK gave us a brief overview of their wall exercises (like calendar time) and their day. Then we decorated a picture frame together. Lucas kept smiling at me and hugging me and telling me he loves me. He was so excited for me to be with him at school! I love that sweet boy so much!
